Small House By The Sea is a house with a garden by the sea, in the port of Ierissos in Halkidiki.
It has a beautiful view from the veranda, a small yard with a barbecue and is an ideal place for lovers of fishing and walking by the sea.

Small House By The Sea can host a maximum of four adults. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room. Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hot plates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine.

You can spend pleasant summer evenings with a view of the sea on the veranda.

The cleaning of the accommodation as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided, are carried out by the guests themselves.

Guests are provided with two parking spaces in front of the accommodation.

This accommodation is 600m outside Ierissos, on the road to Ouranopolis, while it is 103km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
