Owners description
Family Apartment is located in Ierissos, on the Kassandra Peninsula, Halkidiki, 1km distance from the beach.
The apartment, which is located on the third floor of a residential building that does not have an elevator, has two bedrooms and is designed to accommodate a maximum of six adults and one child. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other there are two beds for one person, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people. It is possible to insert one extra bed.
Within the air-conditioned apartment, guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a pantry with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a hairdryer.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on the balcony that is part of this accommodation.
A cot is available upon request, included in the price, and small pets are also allowed.
Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
No parking space is provided for accommodation guests, but an uncovered parking space is 500m from this accommodation, in front of Corali Luxury Villas.
Family Apartment is at a distance of 102km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
