Our description
Spiros Studios is the accommodation at just 250m from the fantastic sandy beach of Lihnos. It has studios and apartments for five people and amenities include mini-market, snack bar, internet corner, reception and private parking. It's ideal for all who prefer a quiet holiday near the beautiful beach.
The closest grocery store is within the accommodation, while the nearest bakery is in Parga (3km). Valtos Beach is 4,5km away.
There are 18 accommodation units, 13 triple studios (28m2) with one double and two single beds or three single beds, i.e five quadruple apartments (45m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units have air conditioning (apartments have two), TV, wireless internet, safe box, kitchen (mini-stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and a kettle), mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower cabin and hairdryer and a terrace with a sea view.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, towels are replaced every second day and bed linen every fourth day.
Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, shared barbecue, shop, snack bar, internet corner, parking for all vehicles and a reception desk from 9:00-23:00, where one of the owners is always available for any information or assistance.
Turn off the road Igoumenitsa – Preveza, drive towards Parga for about 5km until the signpost for the Lihnos beach. Turn left and drive downhill towards the sea for another 800m until you see this accommodation on the right-hand side.
Spiros Studios is an ideal choice for anyone looking for accommodation close to a fantastic beach, outside a populated area, away from noise and bustle.

Owners description
Spiros Studios is the accommodation in Lichnos bay, 3km from Parga.
Standard studios for 2-3 persons provide comfortable sleeping facilities. The third person sleeps on a regular bed (no spare bed) which otherwise can be used as a sofa with large pillows. A fully equipped kitchen offers a large fridge with freezer, mini-stove with oven and a coffee maker. There's also a bathroom with a toilet and a balcony with table, chairs and a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. Amenities include a TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, safe box, telephone and A/C.
Family apartments for 2-4 persons (max. five) offer a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom offers comfortable sleeping facilities for two. In the living room, two children can sleep together on a double sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen offers a large fridge with freezer, mini-stove with oven and a coffee maker. There's also a bathroom with a toilet and a balcony with table, chairs and a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. Amenities include a TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, safe box, telephone and A/C.
Towels are replaced three times a week and bed linen twice.
Pets allowed on request with surcharge.

If one person book a studio, the price will be 5 to 10 euros per day less.
If two persons stay in apartment, the price will be 5 to 10 euros per day less.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani Izabrani studioje bio odlican pre svega uredan i cist , a domacini jako ljubazni i uvek na usluzi. Zaista nemamo nijednu zamerku. Mir, tisina i pogled na more neprocenjivi. Blizu Lichnos plaze ( a obisli smo mnoge u blizini) koja je jedna od lepsih, jedino sto se donje mora niz/ uz brdo sto nama nije bio problem. Nasa ocena je 5/5

Sve preporuke za ovaj smestaj. Prelepa baštica i pogled, sobe se čiste svaki dan, domaćini preljubazni i izuzetno usluzni. U hotelu mozete dobiti pregrst korosnih informacija, uplatiti izlete, a takodje imaju i pristojno snabdevenu prodavnicu, kao i manji restorancic i pekaricu u okviru smestaja. Oko 300m nizbrdo se nalazi lepa plaza sa 3 taverne. Smestaj ima sve sto vam je potrebno za opustajuci odmor.

Lepovanje u Spiros studiju je zaista prijatno, pogled na cvece i more, uredno, cisti se svakodnevno.U kupatilu tus kabina a ne zavesa. Jedini komentar sto smo sobu morali da napustimo do 11h.a ne kao sto na sajtu pise do 12h.

Pristojan smeštaj u mirnom okruženju na brdu iznad Lihnos plaže. Vlasnici smeštaja su vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi, a pritom nenametljivi. Studio je vrlo čist, sa prelepom terasom sa koje imate pogled na savršeno održavani travnjak, cveće i more u daljini. Terase su tako konstruisane, da možete imati savršenu intimu i pogled samo za sebe. U okviru objekta postoji dovoljno veliki parking u zadnjem delu zgrade, kao i mala prodavnica sa osnovnim potrebštinama i kafić gde služe lepu kafu i laki doručak. Lokacija je izvanredna za one koji vole mir i tišinu, a za odlazak u Pargu mogu da koriste svoj auto. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smeštaj.

Smeštaj je odličan. Lokacija je veoma dobra za one koji vole mirniji boravak na odmoru. Domaćin je veoma prijatan i preporuke koje nam je podelio što se tiče interesnantnih mesta za obolazak, plaža i restorana su bile veoma dobre.

Bili smo smesteni u apartmanu sa odvojenom spavacom sobom, izuzetno zadovoljni kompletnom uslugom, cisto, uredno, posteljina i peskiri se menjanju na svaka dva, tri dana, ciscenje apartmana svakodnevno. Namestaj je malko stariji ali nismo imali primedbe na funkcionalnost, vlasnici su ljubazni, nenametljivi, ali uvek prisutni ukoliko vam nesto zatreba. Iza smestaja postoji parking, jako lepa i izolovana terasa na kojoj se nalazi sto sa stolicama ima pogled na more, takodje, pored ulaza u apartman imate sto sa dve klupe, u samom smestaju nemate sto i stolice. Kupatilo starije, potrebno renoviranje, ali funkcionalno, duseci na krevetima za nas ukus odlicni, nekome ce mozda smetati sto su tvrdi.
