Our description
Dimas V. Studios and Apartments is the accommodation at about 1,5km from Parga city center and about 700m from Valtos beach. It offers double, triple and quadruple studios and a quadruple duplex apartment. Amenities include wireless internet, private parking, a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, a playground and a swimming pool.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 350m away.
There are double studios (25m2) with two single beds, triple (2+1) studios (35m2) with one double bed and a single bed and a quadruple duplex apartment (50m2) with one double bed i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms.
All accommodation units have A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchen (two hot plates, fridge, kettle and coffee maker), mosquito nets, bathroom and a terrace.
Bed linen is replaced every third day, towels are replaced every two days, and cleaning is performed daily.

Owners description
Dimas V. Studios and Apartments is the accommodation in Valtos village (Parga), 700m from the long Marsh beach. It was built in the typical Mediterranean area, characterized by greenery, lots of trees (olives, lemon, orange, etc.) and flowers. The environment is very quiet and suitable for a family vacation, with mini-markets, restaurants and bars nearby (about 150m).
The building consists of six spacious studios (28-35m2) for 2-3 people and a duplex apartment (48m2) suitable for a family. All of them have a spacious balcony or terrace overlooking the garden, pool and the Venetian Castle of Parga. They're fully equipped and elegantly decorated. They have classic furniture made of solid wood that gives a pleasant feeling of warmth and cosiness, while luxurious Magniflex ecological mattresses and top foam type orthopaedic mattresses are a guarantee for a quality sleep.

The distance from the town of Parga is 2,5km. The distance from the city area, which is the Venetian castle and many shops, restaurants, coffee bars is 1,5km. This point offers a spectacular view, and perhaps the best in the area.
Those who love hiking can head west to the picturesque village Anthousa (approximately 2km) and halfway to meet the old watermill and the small waterfall. In the same way, above the village of Anthousa, lies the castle of Ali Pasha.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
