Our description
Haris Hotel Apartments is the accommodation in the center of Vrachos, only a street away from the beach. It offers a swimming pool with a bar, beach bar and wireless internet. All accommodation units have a sea view.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are 80m away.
It offers:
- double Superior rooms, approximately 25m2 in size, with double bed;
- double studios, 23m2, with double bed;
- triple studios, 25m2, with double bed and single single bed;
- Junior Suite, 38m2, with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- Superior Suite, 42m2, with a double bed and a sofa bed, and
- Family apartments, 40m2 with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room.
All units were renovated in 2016 with the exception of Family Apartments, where the furniture is slightly older.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, TV, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, small cooker, basic utensils, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Towels are changed every other day, linen every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
Deck chairs and beach umbrellas are available at no extra charge, but with obligatory consumption from the bar.
There is no private parking. Parking is possible on the street near the villa.

Our services and the friendly environment will make you feel at home, the comfort and functionality of the rooms and other amenities will provide moments of pure relaxation. All rooms, family rooms and suites have a large balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the Ionian Sea and the garden. You can enjoy your coffee, a drink and even your breakfast at your balcony watching the vast sea with the crystal waters.
Haris Hotel Apartments is located right next to the beautiful Vrachos-Loutsa beach in Preveza, Greece. We offer suites, double and triple rooms for 2-3 persons, as well as the family rooms that consists of two separate interconnected rooms for 3-4 persons, ideal for families with two children.
Services and facilities: Room service, possibility to offer breakfast at the balcony of your room, daily room-care facilities, hairdryer, iron, safe box, reception, restaurant, cafe bar, adult swimming pool with hydro-massage facilities + children's swimming pool, laundry, private parking and free WiFi internet access.
All rooms have a very small kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and toilet, A/C, SAT TV, telephone.
Outdoor services: Free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, beach facilities, coffee, drinks and snacks served on the beach and swimming pool.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ima te li u ponudi smestaj apartmanskog tipa (da ima mini kuhinju) u renoviranim apartmanima za dve odrasle osobe i dete od 14 god. I ako imate kažite u kojim terminima da se upravljamo prema raspoloživosti . Bili smo vaši gosti 2019 god i jako nam se svidelo.

Smestaj je odlican. Sobe su prostrane i ciste. Velike terase, pogled na more, zvuk talasa budi i uspavljuje. Odlicna usluga, sve preporuke za ovaj smestaj.

Sigurno jedan od najboljih smeštaja u ovom delu Grčke. Lepo uredjen i prijatan, sjajan bazen prvenstveno za decu, nenametljivi vlasnici i osoblje, ne jure vas da navrat-nanos naručujete na plazi, obezbedjen parking.
