Mitika Hotel Apartments 2 is the accommodation in Mytikas, a town 3km away from Preveza and only 50m from the sandy beach. Facilities include the reception (from 8:00-22:00), restaurant, cafe bar, WiFi internet and ample private parking.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.
The hotel offers 20 accommodation units, 13 double studios (20m2) with one double or two single beds, i.e. seven quadruple apartments (40m2) with an auxiliary bed, two single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the kitchen.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, kitchen (mini-stove with oven and a small fridge with freezer), terrace and a bathroom. Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
After entering Mitikas, follow the main road for 1km until you reach the sea, then take a left and continue ahead. After 200m, turn to the first street right towards the sea and after 100m you'll see this hotel on the left.

Mitika Hotel Apartments 2 is the complex in Mytikas, 5km from the center of Preveza and just 50m from the beach. Our hotel is new, modern and provides guests with all the comforts for a pleasant summer and winter holidays.
We offer studios and apartments. The studios have 2-3 beds, a dining area and a private balcony overlooking the sea. The apartments have two rooms (one double bedroom) and a lush green garden. Each apartment, apart from a dining room, also has a living room.
Studios and apartments have a kitchenette with oven, fridge, sink and all necessary utensils, central heating, air conditioning, TV, music, telephone and the bathroom with bathtub.
In our cafe bar, guests can enjoy a coffee or drink.
Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

- Children aged 0-1,99 years stay free of charge.
- The third adult and children aged 2-14,99 years in 4 Bed Studio are charged 5,20e in the period 13-30/6 and from 1-9/9, i.e. 10,40e in the period from 1/7-31/8, per person per night.
- The third child aged 2-14,99 years in 5 Bed Apartment is charged 5,20e per night in the period from 13-30/6 and from 1-9/9, i.e. 10,40e per night in the period from 1/7-31/8.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. The remaining balance should be paid not later than 20 days before arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date or leaves before the departure date, the owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled 14-1 days before the arrival, the owner will charge 50% of the total price. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, the owner will charge the total price of the reservation.
