Our description
Grivas Apartments is accommodation in the center of Sivota, 50m from the promenade and marina, about 350m from the Galikos Molos beach and about 2km from the famous Bela Vraka beach, the trademark of Sivota. It has studios for 2-4 people and it's an ideal choice for families, couples and young people.
The nearest shop and bakery are about 100m away.
They offer seven triple studios (30m2) with one double and a single bed, with the possibility of using a sofa bed with an almost standard mattress.
Studios have air conditioning, SAT TV, wireless internet, equipped kitchen (mini-stove with one hob and oven, small refrigerator, hood, electric kettle and a toaster), bathroom with a hairdryer and shower, mosquito nets and terrace.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, are done after every 3 days (cleaners are taking rubish every day).
Private parking is 50m away.
The owners live nearby and they're available for any help or information.
Enter Sivota, go straight through the roundabout, take a second street right after the pharmacy, after 30m take the first street left and continue for another 30m and take the first street right where you will see this accommodation 20m later.
Grivas Apartments is a good accommodation in a prime location, close to the promenade and marina, near the great Galikos Molos Beach.

Grivas Apartments is the accommodation in the centre of the village, in a tranquil place, only 40m from the scenic port. The hospitable owners are waiting for you in an enchanting landscape for an unforgettable holiday.
Our apartments are within a short walk to the shops, restaurants, the beach, the health centre and the pharmacy.
Grivas Apartments is an aesthetic 2-storey building with eight studios, surrounded by a small and pretty garden. The spacious rooms, the nice aesthetics, the friendly atmosphere and the prompt service will impress you. The smells of the short lemon trees and the jasmines in the garden will keep you a pleasant company.
We offer triple studios with a sofa bed, toilet, separate spacious kitchen and a veranda or balcony overlooking the courtyard.
Amenities include a fridge, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi internet, hairdryer and a seating area.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after three nights.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Се беше навистина добро! Пространо и комотно студио, пространа тераса, повеќе од доволно опремена кујна. Локацијата е одлична, на само 2 мин од шеталиштето и 10 мин од најблиската плажа. Има о безбеден паркинг што е исто многу важно во ваков тип на густо населени места. Единствен минус е можеби близината на куќите и поради тоа минимална приватност, но тоа е карактеристично за самото место, сите куќи се градени блиску па таквото чувство е неизбежно. Искрено препорачуваме 👌🏻

Poštovani, već sam letovala ranije u ovoj vili. Veoma mi se dopalo i želela bih ponovo. Potreban mi je smeštaj za dve odrasle osobe, znači, jedan apartman, a možda i dva, u drugoj polovini septembra, početak oktobra, minimum 10 dana. Hvala unapred! Srdačan pozdrav!

Za Grivas apartman u Sivoti sve pohvale,smeštaj je relativno blizu gradske plaže,čistoća apartmana čista desetka da napomenem da se apartman čisti svakoga dana( posteljina,peškiri i izbacuje smeće).Klima je uključena u cenu,kuhinja skroz opremljena(toster,ketler,frižider sa ledom,posudje ,rerna).Ima i parking samo za goste Grivas apartmana.Uvek ima tople vode i jak pritisak 😊,wifi je odličan.U apartmanu smo imali i aparat protiv komaraca sa tabletama,fen,sudomil,mini šampone.Terasa je bila samo naša(sto ,stolice,suncobran,stalak za sušenje veša,štipaljke). Apartman poseduje komarnike na svakom prozoru.Sve pohvale za vlasnike apartmana Grivas.Zaboravih da napomenem da smo dobili i kolače za dobrodošlicu i mapu Sivote šta obići i bitne brojeve telefona ako nam zatrebaju dok smo u Sivoti. Još jednom sve pohvale za Grivas aparmane i veliki pozdrav za vlasnike. Mi smo bili u aparmanu broj 14.
