Our description
Flevas' Mill Apartments is the accommodation in Vrahos, just across the beach. It offers a beautiful garden with shared barbecue and a beach bar. It offers studios for 2-4 people and apartments for 4-5 people. It is great value for money.
The nearest bakery and shop are 100m away. Bigger supermarket is at 800m. Inside the yard, the owners have a beah bar Funky Pearl which works until midnight during the season.
Accommodation offers 12 units in total and has studios for 2-4 people (32-35m2) and apartments for 4-5 people (40-45m2). They are arranged in few houses. There are 6 studios i 7 apartments. Only apartment 7a can accommodate 5 people, other apartments are for maximum 4 people. All studios have separated kitchen.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven and a fridge with freezer), mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea or the yard.
Bed linen and towels replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed every third day.
Amenities include a spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard, beach bar with deck chairs and parasols, private parking, children's playground, laundry service, shared barbecue with seating and dining sets.
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used with ordering something from the bar. Each umbrella has usb charger with solar energy.
When you enter Vrahos from Parga direction, drive around 800m and then you will see accommodation on your left side.
Vrahos is 22km from Parga, 33km from Preveza, 35km from Aktion Airport and 50km from the port of Igoumenitsa.
Flevas' Mill Apartments is an ideal choice for families with small children and everibody looking for good accommodation in a great location.

Owners description
The aparthotel Flevas' Mill is located just 20m from perhaps the most beautiful Ionian beach, Loutsa Vrachou.
It's 22km from Parga, 33km from Preveza, 35km from Aktion Airport and 50km from the port of Igoumenitsa.
It is built in a green environment that cools the river flowing along with the apartments. It consists of one and two-room apartments with fully equipped kitchens. All have a kitchenette, cooking utensils, two-compartment fridge, TV, WiFi internet, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, large furnished verandas with mountain and sea view and garden, playground, indoor parking. In the courtyard, there's a cafeteria Funky Pearl where you can have breakfast in the morning, lunch, ouzo, evening drink and cocktails at very good prices. We also have beach umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge on the beach with coffee, beverages and drinks.
In the area, there are archaeological and historical sites (Ancient Nicopolis, Kassiopi, Acheron Nekromandio Zalogo, etc.)

- Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge with a mandatory consumption from the bar. Leaving the beach for an afternoon rest, it is necessary to take towels with you, in order to free the deck chairs.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
