Our description
Sunny Apartments are located in Vrachos, about 300m from the beach and the center. It offers private parking and wireless internet. Built on a cliff above Vrahos, Villa Sunny Apartments offers a fantastic view of the town and the sea.
The nearest grocery store and a bakery are 500m away.
It offers one maisonette (78m2) for up to eight people and one apartment (45m2) for up to five people.
The maisonette has three separate bedrooms, a toilet on the first floor and a bathroom on the second floor and a large balcony with a view of the sea on both floors. There are two single beds in the bedroom on the first floor, while in the kitchen there are two sofas, for one adult and one child. On the second floor, there is one double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the third bedroom.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, coffee maker and all utensils), mosquito nets and a terrace with awning and a sea view.
Bed linen and towels are replace every fourth day. The cleaning is done by the guests themselves, or the owners, for an extra charge.
Enter Vrachos from the direction ofParga, drive for about 1km and turn left before the villa Mrs. Lily. Drive uphill for about 250m to the fork of the roads, then continue left uphill for about 100m until you reach this accommodation on the right.

Owners description
Loutsa is a 4km long beach, with fine sand and crystal clear water. The visitor finds here a beautiful beach to relax but also many green mountains. The family-run apartment complex with its two apartments is the ideal place to stay. We try to bring the Greek hospitality closer to the visitor and show him the beauty of our area.
Apartment (No.1) accommodates 2-4 persons (max three adults and a child or two adults and two children). It offers one sleeping room for two persons, a comfortable bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and dining area, air conditioning, living room with TV and two sofa beds (one for a child and one for an adult or a child) and a large balcony overlooking the blue Ionian sea.
Maisonette (No.2) accommodates eight persons. It offers in the lower floor a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and dining area, a living room with TV and two sofa beds (one for a child and one for an adult or a child), one sleeping room for two persons and a large balcony overlooking the blue Ionian sea. In the upper floor it offers two bedrooms for two persons each, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the blue Ionian Sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apsolutno sve kao iz ponude. Domaćini izuzetno ljubazni. Posteljina uštirkana, kvalitetnija nego što smo imali u drugim smeštajima. Terasa ogromna. Prostran apartman. Fantastičan pogled na more. Kome ne smeta da kolima silazi do plaže ili ako je u kondiciji ide 5min uz baš strmi put ovaj smeštaj je savršen! Od nas sve preporuke.
