Our description
Vuk and Afrodita accommodation is located not far from the center of Pefkohori, in a quiet location. They are surrounded by a yard with toys for children, as well as a table and chairs under umbrellas where parents can enjoy themselves in peace.
The beach is about 350m away, where there are several cafes and taverns, while a supermarket, bakery, fast food, and a promenade are about 100m away.
As the name suggests, there are two apartments in offer - Afrodita and Vuk. They are located in a slight basement, just a few steps below ground level, side by side. Apartment Afrodita has a double bed in the bedroom, and a folding sofa bed for two people in the room with the kitchen. Apartment Vuk also has a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the room with the kitchen.
Both apartments have air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a hob with one hot plate and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The balcony overlooks the yard and has a table and chairs.
In the fenced yard there are toys for children, a table, chairs and umbrellas. There is no private parking lot, but you can park your vehicle on the street in front of the accommodation.
You will find the accommodation easily. If you are coming from the direction of Polichrono, continue straight on that main street until you see Assos fast food on the right and immediately turn right at it. Continue straight for about 200m and the accommodation will be on your left.
If you are looking for a peacefull and quiet vacation, with the children enjoying themselves, then apartments Vuk and Afrodita are the right choice for you.

Owners description
Vuk and Afrodita are two quadruple apartments in Pefkohori. They're set on the ground floor of the same building, one across another, and share the courtyard with plenty of greenery, outdoor seating sets and toys for children.
The apartments are new and fully equipped, located in a quiet part of Pefkohori, 250m from the city beach and 100m from the center (pedestrian area) with mini-markets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity.
The apartments (40m2) consist of a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with an equipped kitchen and two single beds (Vuk), or a corner sofa (Afrodita), bathroom and a terrace with a seating area. They are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquitos nets and free WiFi internet.
Parking is not provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate slobodan apartman druga polovina jula ( 2 odraslih 2 dece ( 6 i 8 godina) Hvala

Poštovani, zainteresovani smo za apartman Vuk u periodu od 24.06. do 04.07. 2024. Međutim u opisu apartmana ne piše ništa oko zamene peškira i posteljine (da li domaćin menja i ako menja na koliko dana). Takođe, ako nam treba bilo kakva pomoć, kome se možemo obratiti. Pretpostavljam i da su vlasnici apartmana ljudi iz Srbije, pa da li se rezervacija može uplatiti i na dinarski račun. Ono što bih još naveo jeste da, iz bezbednosnih razloga, ostatak novca bih mogao da platim vlasniku tek kada dođemo u smeštaj, ne ranije. Unapred hvala. Petković Dragoslav.
