Our description
Venia Apartments has apartments capacity 4 + 1 and studios capacity 2 + 1, located on the first and second floors. The property is in good condition, well maintained and clean. It is located in a stone courtyard with a small lawn, which, being shaded and with a summer house and barbecue, is perfect for gathering and socializing. Small pets are allowed.
It is located on the right side of the highway in Afitos, going from the direction of Kalithea, about 350m from the center, where the nearest shops, restaurants and bakery are. Market Lidl is about 500m away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, and since you go uphill on the way back, unless you like to walk, it is not recommended if you are without a car.
There are four apartments, surface about 35m2, and they have one double and three single beds. The entrance is first to the bedroom, which has two single beds, and from this room you enter to the second room, which contains a kitchen, double bed and one single bed.
In total, there are 12 studios, they are 25m2 and they have one double and one single bed.
All units have internet, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, patio with laundry drying rack, small fridge with freezer (apartments have two refrigerators) and a small stove with oven. The bathroom has a shower.
The units are cleaned every third day, and towels and linen are changed every 2-3 days. Guests also have laundry service available, free of charge.
If your desired destination is Afitos and it is not essential for you to stay inside the village, Venia accommodation may be a good choice for you.

Venia Apartments is the family-run accommodation located in Afitos, within 500m from the sandy beach. Featuring a lush garden with BBQ facilities, self-catering accommodation comes with a balcony overlooking the garden or the surrounding area. Simply decorated studios and apartments have a kitchenette with fridge and a small electric oven, air condition and a TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower. Free wifi access is available as well as free public parking nearby.
Guests will find taverns, bars and mini markets within a short walk from Venia Apartments. Kallithea Village is at 3km, while Nea Fokea is 6km away. Thessaloniki International Airport is at 73km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
