Our description

Nastasia Apartments is the accommodation not far from the center of Afytos and offers 10 studios for 2-3 people. The studios are beautifully arranged, with the furniture in open and cheerful colours. One of the greatest advantages of this accommodation is its excellent hygiene, which is why it has our recommendations. Guests have access to a spacious courtyard with a summer house, natural shade, dining table, built-in barbecue and parking for all in the shade of the olive trees. Pets are also welcome.

The accommodation is located on the right side of the road between Kallithea and Afitos. It is 1,5km from the center of Kallithea and only a minute-two drive from the center of Afytos, so both places are very easy to reach.

A metal auxiliary bed can be added in the studios (27m2) if needed, but the comfort decreases. A small child can sleep with parents in a double bed as it’s very wide (consists of two connected single beds wider than the standard double bed). The kitchen with dining area is separated from the sleeping area. Studios on the upper floor have a veranda in front of the entrance and a large terrace at the back, where guests have absolute privacy and peace (terraces are not exposed to neighbours’ view). Terraces overlook the surrounding nature and the verandas face the yard, so their use can be combined depending on the position of the sun. Six studios have a sea view in the distance from the terrace.

All studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a large terrace, except for a few studios in the basement (6-7 steps below yard level) that have no terrace but a veranda in front. These studios are identical to those upstairs, nicely arranged and moisture-free, but much fresher than upstairs studios, so the use of air conditioning is often unnecessary. They have slightly smaller windows, but enough light.

Except for the bathrooms which are in good condition, the kitchens, beds and wardrobes were completely replaced in 2016.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed every three days.

Nastasia Apartments is a great choice if you need a quality base for touring Kassandra or for a swim on the beautiful beach in Kallithea, with a mandatory car. Afytos, the most charming place on Kassandra, is also very close, so you can visit it often and easily. The accommodation is very clean and tidy so we recommend it to families with small children or babies.

Our apartment complex is located in the popular and traditional village of Afytos on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. As a family-owned business, you are guaranteed a comfortable and friendly stay in any of our 10 spacious apartments. Relax and enjoy your stay while experiencing a real home from home atmosphere.

Located just outside the main village, the Nastasia Apartments can be easily found just off the main road. The center of the village is just 800 meters away and the beach is another 500m from the center.

The village of Afytos has a charm all of its own with it’s restored traditional stone buildings, quaint cobbled streets, local art shops and many fine restaurants, there is always something to do.

The Nastasia Apartment complex comprises of 10 bright, stylish and spacious apartments. Each apartment is 28-30sqm and can accommodate up to three people. All apartments come complete with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bedroom, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and heating. Most apartments have two balconies overlooking the sea and surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Pozdrav..zanima me smestaj za dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece( 2 i 4 god), s tim sto za mladje nosimo montazni krevetac, od 20- og avgusta, moze i neki dan kasnije, 10 nocenja?
