Our description
Barbara House in Afitos offers a large family quintuple studio-apartment (72m2) on the first floor. The apartment has everything that family need on a vacation, and the main amenities are quiet location, large enclosed garden with gazebo, barbecue, shared kitchen, sitting area and a large swing, swimming pool and parking. Due to quite a few accommodation units, privacy is guaranteed. Pets are allowed and additionally charged.
The closest store, bakery and restaurant are about 200m away, the center is 250m and the beach at 550m. When returning from the beach, it goes uphill, so if you are not walking and you are not going by car, we do not recommend this accommodation. More about beaches in Afytos read here.
The apartment consists of a huge living room connected with a kitchen and a bedroom not separated by the door, but a curtain. It has a bathroom with toilet and storage room. The living room has three single beds (one with iron construction) and a sofa bed, fan (no air conditioning), mosquito nets on windows and doors, TV and the exit to the terrace. Internet and hairdryer are also available. The kitchen contains all necessary dishes, stove, microwave, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The bedroom has one double bed.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after three days.
In addition to the house this apartment is located in, there’s one more house on the property, with a part for socializing and a pool with a 1,5m depth and five deck chairs behind it.
If you’d like to spend a relaxing family holiday in Afitos, preferably on a peaceful location with privacy, Barbara House can be a good choice.

Owners description
Barbara House is a one-storey house with a sea view. It is located at a distance of 500m from the sea and 200m from the village of Afytos.
The house has 80 square meters and is located on the property with a spacious yard, which occupies an area of 300m2.
House consists of:
- Quintuple apartment (72m2) with one double and three single beds (it is possible to add a sofa for one small child).
- Quadruple studio (35m2) with one double and a double sofa bed.
The apartment is fully equipped for living. The balconies are equipped with awnings.
Cleaning is organized once a week.
The property has a private parking space for two cars, barbecue in the yard, pool, wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
