Owners description
Agnanti Studios was built and start operating in year 2009. It is located in village Aphitos in Halkidiki, with the stone paved streets and old architecture, with easy access as in the accommodation because it stands on the main street of Afitos. Its panoramic position overlooking the Toronean bay, the easy access to the village of Afitos, the architecture of the houses, the benevolent and sometimes archaic in character and culture residents, promise you unforgettable holidays.
Agnanti Studios is located in the beautiful village of Afitos on the edge of Afitos cliff which leads to the sea. Traditional houses in the area of Champezeika are a unique environment. Along the unique rock you may find taverns and restaurants with good food, cafes and small shops with souvenirs. The beach with white sand and green waters is ideal for a quiet swim and to play with.
Central Church in Afitos is St. Demetrius located in the village square which was built in 1857. From the square you can see the Gulf of Kassandra. Afitos is the second largest village in Potidea. For nightlife you may visit Kallithea, only 3 kilometers distance from Afitos and very intense during the summer with branches of all the major clubs and nightclubs of Thessaloniki operating in Kallithea. Also there are places with live music either traditional but also nowadays music rhythms.

There is pool for adults and children, with sunbeds and umbrellas. The children pool provide security to the younger guests. It also has showers to use before and after the dive in the pool. At the cafe-bar are serves all kinds of coffees, soft drinks, beer, juice, ice cream and drinks. All these tasty treats can be eaten on the bar stools, at the modern and comfortable chairs or pool’s sunbeds. It also has outdoor toilets for men and women for the easy servicing of cafe - bar’s and pool’s visitors.
The playground is located next to Cafe-Bar, and allows our little friends to play while their parents enjoy coffee and drinks without stress.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Good afternoon, we are 4 families with children (8 adults + 7 children). Three families have 2 children. One family has 1 child. I'd like to know if you have 4 apartments available and the price. Date of arrival: 6 August for 7 days ground floor is preferable thanks Sara

Poštovani, zanima me kakvi se kreveti(francuski, za jednu osobu...)nalaze u apartmanu(4 bed apartments) na 2. spratu, i da li postoji mogućnost doplaćivanja radi dobijanja još jednog kreveta.
