Owners description
Villa Margaret is located in Elani village near Siviri. It’s a fully equipped and tastefully arranged house with the garden and mountain view. Elani beach is 150m away.
Fitted with a fireplace, this 3-bedroom villa opens to a furnished balcony and a patio. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the kitchen with dining area and a stove with oven. The bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and bath amenities is on the ground floor. In addition, there is another bathroom (in the semi-basement) and one toilet. The fan and ironing facilities are also available. Guests may relax on the terrace, whilst enjoying the view of the lush garden.
For those who wish to keep fitness, a tennis court is offered within a 5-minute walk. A restaurant and a beach bar can be found at 150m.
A bus stop providing connection to several parts of the area is at 1km and Thessaloniki International Airport is 61km away. Free private parking is available nearby.

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
- Minimum stay is three nights in May, seven nights in June, July and August, i.e. five nights in September.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
