Our description
Villa Molos is located at the exit of Hanioti (towards Pefkohori), just 100m from the sandy beach, tucked away in a beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool and lots of greenery. It offers one apartment (70m2) with sea view, with a capacity of up to six people. In front of the villa there is a barbecue and parking. Small pets are also welcome.
The center with the nearest bakery and restaurants is about 1km away and the nearest market (Masoutis) is 800m away.
The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor. On that level is the kitchen, with a large fridge, stove, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils, a living room, with a sofa for two (better for two children) and a toilet. From that level stairs lead upstairs to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom, which has no shower cabin, but only shower and a curtain. The apartment is air conditioned, it has internet, TV and mosquito nets, and a baby cot can be provided upon request when booking.
The hygiene of the apartment during the stay is taken care of by the guests themselves, although the owners also come in every other day to visit the apartment and clean it, and the change of towels and linen is done at half of the stay.

Villa Molos is located 100m from the beaches Molos, Achinos and White beach in Hanioti. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a large terrace.
Sea view is available from the balcony and all rooms.
The villa is a part of the complex with three large apartments settled in a large garden with swimming pool.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
