Our description
Atlantis Apartments are located in the very center of Kallithea, above the Elinika Market (Ελληνικά). There are 18 studios, capacity for 3-4 persons, and just a few steps away from restaurants, taverns, shops and other amenities of this place. Small pets are also welcome.
The nearest bakery (Lemoni) is at less than 20m, while the beach is about 300m away. More about nearby beaches read here.
15 has one double bed narrower than the standard and a single bed, while the remaining three (one has no terrace) have one double and two single beds. The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, hairdryer, internet and mosquito nets, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge and hot plate, and the bathroom has a shower cabin.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is carried out after three days.
The property does not have private parking, and given the location, be prepared for a little more crowded surroundings, during the peak of the season.
The accommodation was last renovated in 2017 and it can be a good choice for those who prefer accommodation in the center.

Owners description
Atlantis offers self-catered accommodation with a balcony and free wifi. Just 250m from the Kallithea beach in Halkidiki, it features a garden with BBQ. Supermarket for the basic supplies is a few meters away.
All studios at Atlantis come with air conditioning, TV and kitchenette with cooking hobs and mini fridge. Private bathroom also comes with a shower. You can enjoy city view from the room.
At Atlantis you will find a garden and barbecue facilities, as well as luggage storage. The property offers free parking.
A bus and taxi stations are 20 meters away. The seaside village of Afytos with its paved alleys is 2km away. Macedonia International Airport is at a distance of 85km. Free private parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro vece, treba nam soba za 2 odrasle osobe i jedna soba za jednu osobu zaseban ulaz i zasebno kupatilo. Dolazak od 3.8, 4.8, 5.8, 6.8, 7.8 ( 10 nocenja), znaci do 13.08, 14.08 itd. Pozdrav Bozinovic
