Our description
ER.ZO Summer Studios is accommodation in a quiet location in Kallithea. It has 17 accommodation units, which can host 2-4 people. A fenced and beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool is at guests' disposal. Small pets are also allowed.
The beach is about 750m away, the center is about 500m away, while the nearest market is about 300m away.
Accommodation units are arranged on the high ground floor and the first floor. They have two, three or four single beds. The equipped kitchen has a stove with two burners, a kettle and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have shower cabins.
All studios are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, a terrace and mosquito nets, and a hairdryer is also available to guests.
Cleaning and changing of towels is done daily, while bed linen is changed every 2-3 days.
Parking is possible along the street, around the accommodation and there are usually spaces. This area is also covered by video surveillance.
The building is of recent construction and is in good condition. Sunbeds by the pool are available to all guests.

ER.ZO Summer Studios is located 500m from the beach in Kalitea. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool, a terrace and accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.
Accommodation units have an air conditioner, a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Dobar dan, nas je 8 odraslih i 4 dece. Sto znaci bi nam trebalo 4 Studia. ( 2x 4krevetna i 2x 2krevetna) Studia. Datum 05.08. - 14.08. (9 nocenja) moze i koj dan da se pomeri. molim vas kontaktirajte nas! Hvala unapred!

Dorucak jako jako los, ljubaznost osoblja ocena 10, pojedini nedostaci, ali ok, u sustini skuplje nego sto bi trebalo.

Proveli smo, moja žena i mlađi sin od 13 godina, 12 noći u ER.ZO Summer Studios - Kalithea u avgustu 2023. godine. Generalno smo zadovoljni. Smeštaj je novijeg datuma ali neki završni radovi su urađeni na brzinu i ne tako kvalitetno ali je još nov, čist i uredan. Na recepciji je uvek Marija koja je izvrsna, ljubazna, govori engleski i veoma predusretljiva. Imali smo doručak koji je klasični bazični i služi se u prostoru oko bazena, nama je bio dovoljan i jedan od razloga zašto smo uopšte i izabrali taj smeštaj. Služi se od 9:30 do 11h. Sobe su nam čistili svaki dan i menjali posteljinu i peškire, što ne rade ni u hotelima viših kategorija, Imali smo veliku i funkcionalnu terasu. Kreveti udobni a u samom studiju ste imali sve što vam je potrebno, od uređaja i posuđa. Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo.

Smestaj je bio lep. Samo sa par Mane. Kupatilo bilo prljavo. Posteljine nisu bili dobro odprane. Dorucak svaki dan isto. Sendvic Tost, Jaja na oko. Dzem. Ponudili da stavu Krastavac, Paradajis. Paprika ali nista od toga Ljubasnost su bili mnogo dobro. Cerkica vodila sve pohvale za nju
