Owners description
Katerina Seaview Maisonette is the air-conditioned accommodation with a garden, barbecue and private parking, 450m from the beach in Nea Moudania.
This villa includes three bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, washing machine and two bathrooms with a tub.

Note
For short-term rental accommodation, the provision of additional bed linen, or their change during your stay can be provided by an extra charge and costs 3 euros per person, plus 15 euro the cost of transporting bed linen to the accommodation. This extra charge has to be paid by the customer if he orders a change. The specific service does not include the collection of used linen nor the placement of clean ones. Everything is delivered in bags, collected, and placed by the customers themselves.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
