Quietly located in Nea Potidea, George Villa offers accommodation for eight people.
The villa has three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a large refrigerator, internet, TV, two bathrooms with toilet, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and terraces.
In front of the villa, there is a landscaped yard, barbecue and parking.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices. Prices are per accommodation unit, not per person.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
