Owners description
The complex is located in Paliouri on the penninsula of Kassandra, in Halkidiki. You will find us right by the main road of the village in a natural setting overlooking the sea.
The complex has available double, triple and quadruple rooms that can accommodate couples or larger families. Each room has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, fridge and balcony.
The accommodation is built in a traditional style, externally combining local varieties of stone and wood. It is located in a fenced area with plenty of free parking, surrounded by a well-kept tree garden. Breakfast is available, upon request, with our products from our organic garden, which is served in a separate area, in the garden full of plants and trees. In the same area, there is a barbecue.
“House Kleanthis” is located right at the entrance of the village Paliouri, in Kassandra, Halkidiki, harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape of Paliouri, Halkidiki, at a glance overlooking the Toroneos gulf and at the other the pine forest “Halkovouni”. It is 1.5 km from the beautiful and sandy beach Xenia where the most famous beach bars of Halkidiki are located. Within walking distance, there are other beaches for all tastes.Easy access to the:

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
