Our description
Princess Lux Apartment is a brand new (2018), comfortable and separate duplex apartment for five people, being the perfect choice for large families looking for modernly furnished accommodation and privacy during the summer.
The nearest market is at only 100m, the bakery is 150m away, the nearest restaurants and taverns are within 200m and the beach is 250m away.
The apartment (40m2) is located on the second floor, in a small and enclosed yard. It has two bedrooms, with one double, i.e one more double and a single bed and an exit to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, large fridge and a coffee maker), bathroom with a shower, living room and two terraces. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet access, baby crib (on request), iron, tumble dryer and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are replaced at half of the stay, while the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment.
There's no private parking, so guests can park close by.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dame i gospodo Mi smo dvije porodice i potreban nam je smještaj za period od 09.07.2024. do 17.07.2024. Prva porodica: 3 odrasle osobe, 2 djece (7 i 17 godina) + jedna odrasla osoba (po mogućnosti sa posebnim ležajem, prijatelj kćeri) Druga porodica: 2 odrasle osobe, 3 djece (8, 14 i 16 godina) Najmanja djeca mogu spavati u krevetu sa roditeljima. Postovani, Interesuje me da li je apartman slobodan u periodu od 17.08 do 27.08 i koja bi bila cena. Ne mora konkretno da bude 17.08 sve u periodu od 15.08 do 20.08 ulazi u obzir za 10 dana Pozdrav, Goran
