Owner description
Pavlos Beach Villa is located right on the beach, in the most beautiful part of the beach in Pefkohori, on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula.
The accommodation facility consists of two levels and can accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children. It has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom, toilet, as well as two terraces with a view of the sea. On the ground floor (a few steps above the ground level) there is a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a large terrace with access to the yard and seating, as well as a toilet. In the living room there are two sofas for two people each. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
On warm summer days, with a view of the sea and the garden, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set. The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden and is safe for children.
Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation at no extra cost.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
Two cars can be parked within the accommodation.
Pavlos Beach Villa is 4km away from Hanioti, 7.7km from Xenia Beach, and 95km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
