Katia Villa is located in Polichrono, in a quiet area at the beginning of the village, 600m from the center and beach.
Studios have two double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, AC, TV, WiFi internet and a balcony.
Villa Katia is also known as “villa with view”. Garden has 3000m2 with a lot of greenery, playground for children, private parking and a grill with area comfortable for more than 20 persons.
This building is renovated in 2018.
Recommended for families with small children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Aparttman za bracni par sa detetom od 13 god. Pocetak boravka okvirno od 10. Jula - 10 noćenja Dobar wi-fi u apartmanu, kuhinja, klima uredjaj, terasa sa pogledom na more, parking, ne suteren i prizemlje, malo noviji nameštaj.
