Owners description

ER.ZO Holiday Seaside Apartments is located in Polychrono, at a distance of 80m from the sea.

There are three maisonettes, which are intended for four people each. Each maisonette has a ground floor and a first floor, and the beds available are one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. One extra bed can be provided on request for the fifth person.

There is also a fourth maisonette consisting of three apartments. One apartment is located on the ground floor, the second on the first floor, and the third apartment is on the attic. All apartments are designed for five people and consist of a living room with three single beds and a bedroom with a double bed.

All units have air conditioners, Wi-Fi, one shared washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets. Each unit has its own kitchen with a small oven and two hotplates, a cooker and a standard refrigerator. Each bathroom has a shower.

All units have their own balcony with a sea view from the distance.

In the fenced yard there are chairs and tables, as well as a barbecue.

Pets are allowed upon prior request.

Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels are done every two days and are included in the price.

The price includes breakfast, which is served between 9:30 and 11:30.

Parking is located at the top entrance of the accommodation and it is guaranteed.
