Owners description
Leisure Moments Maisonette (82m2) is a part of three vacation houses complex surrounded by garden (4000m2), not far from the beach in Possidi. It's ideal hideaway for relaxation and enjoyment and a place for family vacation due to its spacious and comfortable premises.
On the ground floor, there's a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there's one more bedroom and the loft with one single bed. Smart TV with NETFLIX and WiFi internet are also included.
The house has direct access to the garden and a large outdoor dining area.
Air conditioning and heating system makes this accommodation suitable for the summer and winter vacation.
The closest grocery store is at 150m, and more shops and restaurants are located on the beach promenade (about a 10-minute walk). The dreamlike beach Aegeopelagitika is a 5-minutes drive away.
Thessaloniki airport (SKG) is an hour by car away.
Bookings
Security deposit is 100€. In case of no damage, the deposit will be returned at the end of stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
