Owners description
Kyparissis Studios are located in the first row to the beach, from which it is only a few steps and a street to cross, in the very small village of Possidi on the south-west coast of the Kassandra peninsula, a resort intended for those who want to spend their holidays in a quiet place.
Within this accommodation, we offer two-bed studios, located on the ground floor, on the first and second floor, which can accommodate two adults and one child, with the possibility of adding a folding bed, as well as ground-floor apartments with one bedroom which can accommodate four adults and two children.
Studios have one double bed or two beds for one person and one extra folding bed, while apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and two smaller-than-standard double beds in the living room.
A baby cot is available upon request, within the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a stove with three hotplates and a small oven, as well as a large fridge with a freezer.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the courtyard or a partial view of the sea, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
On request, small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
For stays of at least 10 days, during the stay, the apartment is cleaned, as well as the bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
A limited number of parking spaces are provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free space for parking along the street.
Kyparissis Studios are located 92 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
