Owners description
Hristina House is a one-bedroom apartment located in Siviri, at a distance of 400m from the beach. It has the capacity to accommodate four individuals.
It is located on the elevated ground floor. The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the living room features a sofa designed for two persons.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner, WiFi, and a television. A hairdryer can be provided upon request.
The kitchen is furnished with a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a small oven with two burners. The bathroom has a shower.
There are two verandas overlooking the courtyard. A barbecue is available for use.
Cleaning, towel, and bed linen replacement are performed every three to four days without any additional charge. Small pets are allowed upon prior inquiry.
Parking is available on the street and is free of charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
