Owners description
Beautiful Vasiliki holiday building is located about 350m from the sea and the nearest beach. It can accommodate up to five people.
It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
In one bedroom there is one double bed, while in the other there are two single beds, and in the living room, there is one sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The accommodation has a TV, air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue, yard, and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.Porto Molo Beach is about 5 minutes away by car, while the Coco beach bar is only 500m from the accommodation.
Two kilometers from the accommodation is the port of Avdira, which also has an archeological site, as well as the restaurant Porto Avdira.
At about 5km there is the beach Mirodato with good fish restaurants and a beautiful beach.
At 8 km there is a village Avdira where there are pizzerias, restaurants and shops.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Good evening! Please tell me the price of a studio / apartment. triple for 2 adults and a 7-year-old child, for 7 nights, 1.08-8.08. It must have air conditioning, kitchenette and balcony. Thanks!
