Our description

Casa de Mare Villa is a family house on the beach. It is very spacious and with it’s location it is the perfect choice for a nice and quiet vacation next to the sea.

Beach in front of the house is sandy. First supermarket is 3km away and it is in Paralia Ofriniou.

Villa has four bedrooms, three of them in the ground floor, such as dinning room, kitchen, toilet and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has one double bed. There is one couch in the dinning room. On the upper floor there is living room with fire place and one double bed, sitting room and one more bedroom. House has big yard, few verandas for enjoying pleasant evenings, covered terrace on the first floor and barbecue. It is suitable for eight people. There are two air conditioners.

Villa has TV, hair dryer, wifi, private parking, protection for mosquito. In the neighborhood you can find fresh fruits, bakery, fresh fish.

The guests get enough sets of towels and sheets and they change them themselves.

The house has a big yard and a veranda where the guests can relax while looking at the sea. Also there is a BBQ.

Parking is provided for the guests.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Postovani, interesuje nas termin od 18.07 eo 27.07. za 7 oro odraslih, 4 oro dece i jednu bebu. Da li je termin slobodan i koja bi ukupna cena bila, kao i da li postoji mogucnost da se obezbedi krevetac? Hvala unapred

    Поштовани, Уплатили смо боравак у вили Perikleous Beach Kariani vila. Желим да проверим да ли кућа поседује машину за веш која ради, јер смо је на фотографијама видели а у опису не стоји да има машине. Уколико заиста постоји значило би нам, па бисмо да проверимо. Поздрав Јелена Тонић
