Under The Aqueduct Boutique House is located in Kavala, in the old part of the city, known as Panagia. It was completely renovated in 2020. It offers a magnificent view of the medieval aqueduct, which is one of the city’s landmarks. It is close to the city center and numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The nearest mini market is located 100m away, while the Sklavenitis market is located 290m away. It is 150m away from the city center.
Rapsani Beach is 1.7km away from the accommodation, and Perigiali Beach is 2km away.
The property consists of two modernly furnished apartments, each accommodating up to four adults and are located on the first and second floors.
The Aqueduct Apartment is situated on the first floor and features a large balcony, while the Castle Apartment is located on the second floor and has a standard balcony.
Both apartments are equipped with two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartments offer free WiFi, a TV with Netflix service, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and balconies overlooking the aqueduct and the city. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with a glass door.
Children under the age of four are not allowed.
