The apartment is located on a raised ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults. The space includes a living room, a functional kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom.

A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioners both in the living room and in each bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four stovetop burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.

On the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, guests can relax and enjoy the view of the street and the surrounding area.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves, while clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided every five days, which guests can replace themselves.

There is no private parking space provided for guests, but street parking is usually available in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
