Our description
Amolofi House is located near the beach with the same name. It offers a spacious two-floor apartment with a sea view and a large yard. Accommodation is ideal for two families or a big company who want privacy and peace. Private parking and barbecue are available to the guests.
Villa is 70 meters away from the beach. The nearest shop is located in Nea Peramos, which is 4 km away. In this place you can find taverns, cafes, pharmacies and bakeries.
Villa was built in 1998 and it has one maisonette located on the first floor- about 220m2. On the first floor there is one bathroom with bath, dining room, living room with folding sofa bed for two adults and equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle and coffee machine. At this floor, there are two terraces overlooking the sea while one is with a street view. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds each and another bathroom with a bath. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed. One terrace on this floor has a sea view, while the other has partial sea view and mountain view.
From the season 2020 there will be available one more apartment on the ground floor/high ground with three bedrooms. It is suitable for 10 guests. This unit has 110m2, three double beds, three sofas for one person, one extra bed, AC-s, internet and a washing machine for clothes. In the kitchen there are a big fridge, washingmachine for the dishes, stove and a microwave. One bathroom is in the apartment and it has a bathtub, while the other one is in the yard, next to the shed, and it has a shower.
The house has an alarm. The apartment has hairdryer, washing machine, internet, iron, air conditioners and TVs.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen is done every five days.
The yard is spacious and has an outdoor shower, swing, barbecue and another small kitchen.
Private parking is provided. There are places for up to five cars.
This villa is a good choice for families who want to stay in a quiet location near the beach, with a spacious yard.

Owners description
Amolofi House is the newly built facility located at the exit of Nea Peramos, about 50m from the beach Amolofi. Villa has direct access to the beach from the yard and is ideal accommodation for families with young children. Rooms have air conditioning, TV, internet, baby cot, barbecue in the backyard and private parking. Cleaning is done every five days. Restaurants and cafes are about 100m from the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
