Owners description
Casa Nova is located in Palio (Kavala), just 150m from the beach, 8km from the city of Kavala and 43km from the “Alexander the Great” airport.
Apartment (64m2) is modern, comfortable with large balconies with sea and mountain view. It has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker and the necessary dishes, glasses and cutlery.
In the living room there is a large corner sofa that can be transformed into a large and comfortable double bed and a SAT 40” TV.
There are also two bedrooms. One bedroom with a large double bed and a large built-in wardrobe and a little bit smaller room with a single bed and an armchair that turns into a single bed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 20 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
