Venia Studios is the accommodation in Lassi, in a calm and friendly environment with a splendid view and enchanting sunset, offering all that you need for unforgettable vacation.
The complex is surrounded by a lush garden with vegetation, trees and flowers.
There are eight studios for 2-3 persons and apartments for 2-4 persons. Our eco-friendly studios and apartments are equipped with solar water heating panels because the green energy matters to us.
Each studio has:

- One double and a single bed

The sandy beach is at only 1-2 minutes walk (80m) and in the central street Lassis (a 5-minute walk) you can find taverns, bars and a bus stop for Argostoli.
Our guests can use the swimming pool in Lorenzo Hotel (a 4-minute walk).

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

We have recently returned from another lovely holiday in Venia studios. The studios are kept and maintained by the very kind and friendly hosts Irene and Nikos . Each studio or apartment have a full or partial seaview , we are missing already having breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the view. The linen and towels are changed regularly and the studios are spotlessly clean. What also makes Venia so special are the hosts Irene and Nikos, who are always ready to help their guests with any advice they need. Also your fridge will have a complimentary bottle of wine, bottle of water and fruit. I recommend Venia 100% and look forward to 2021 for the next visit.
