Our description

Bella Frois Villa is located in Ratzakli (near Skala), it has three bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of eight people. It’s a fully equipped house and it’s an ideal choice for two families of four who’d want to enjoy their time at sea.

The first bedroom upstairs has one double and a single bed, the second room upstairs has two single beds, and the third room on the ground floor has one double bed. Each bedroom upstairs also has a bathroom. the third bathroom is downstairs, next to the third bedroom.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are one open plan unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge, microwave, stove, oven and other utensils. The living room has a TV and a convertible sofa the can be used for sleeping. The living room opens onto a terrace with a seating area and a beautiful sea view.

The house also has mosquito nets, wireless internet, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Parking is provided for one vehicle, while an additional parking space can be found in the driveway.

The accommodation offers everything you need for a holiday and enjoyment with your family and friends and has a good value for money.

If you are seeking peace and tranquillity after a long day’s walk or sunbathing, villa Bella Frois is the ideal choice for your holiday. It is situated in a cul-de-sac of four villas in Ratzakli which is in the southwest of the island, between the pretty fishing village of Katelios and the famous retreat of Skala with pristine sandy beaches ideal for families and beach lovers. Within walking distance, there’s Kaminia beach.

Both Katelios and Skala have restaurants, tavernas to satisfy all taste buds.

Bella Frois is a modern 3-bedroom villa for a maximum of eight persons. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge equipped with a TV, stereo HiFi and WiFi internet.

The villa also provides a washroom for your laundry needs.

The lounge is presented with a homely comfortable feeling, surrounded by comfortable settees rugs and plants. The sliding doors lead into a large seating area in the shade of the pergola. A large table is provided for outdoor meals, as well as BBQ equipment. The garden overlooks the Ionian sea and colourful bougainvillaea trees surround and provide shade. The villa also provides sunbeds for private sunbathing and the beach.

The villa has three large bedrooms, two of which are ensuite with fans and air conditioning and the third is next to the large family bathroom. All bedrooms have showers and mosquito nets. Two bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea and mountains from their balconies equipped with coffee tables and chairs. The first bedroom has one double and a single bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one double bed. All bedrooms provide ample wardrobe space.

For extra sleeping space, there’s a convertible sofa bed for two.

Parking is allowed for one vehicle. Extra space is available along the lane leading towards the villa.
