Eva Studios is the accommodation in a nice green and peaceful area just outside the village Svoronata Kefalonia, about 9km from Argostoli, the capital of the island.

At about 200m you find Ai Helis, the lovely beach with grey sand. It’s organized, with sunbeds, umbrellas, a canteen, clear shallow waters and beach volley court. It’s ideal for families with small children. Another nice and clean beach is a few minutes on foot away. It’s Ammes beach with the golden sand. Beautiful Avithos beach is just a few minutes drive away. Other beaches nearby are Makris and Platis Gialos in Lassi area. At just 20m from the complex, there is a family restaurant with traditional Kefalonian kitchen, and 40m away you will find a mini-market, cafe-bar, tavern and rent-a-car agency.

Panorama Apartment (90m2) is on the second floor and it features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. It has two bedrooms, with one double i.e. two single beds. They have a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Also, there are two bathrooms with a shower cabin. In the spacious living room, there’s a sofa bed, a large TV and a large terrace with a magnificent panoramic view. This apartment accommodates 2-5 guests.

Sea View Apartment (90m2) is on the first floor and accommodates 2-5 guests. It has two bedrooms, with one double i.e. two single beds. The bedrooms have a single balcony with an awning and from the living room side, there is a spacious terrace where you can relax at any time and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. You will also find an ironing board and iron for your clothes. It has two bathrooms, with a bathtub and a shower, and a large living room fitted with a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning and a big-screen TV.

From these two apartments, you can see Zakynthos island.

Garden View Apartment (42m2) is located on the ground floor and accommodates 2-3 guests. It features a large bedroom with one double bed, shower, hairdryer, wardrobe, ironing board and iron. In a room with a kitchenette, there’s a comfortable food storage area, mini-stove with oven, fridge, dining table and a single bed.

The studio (32m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of a single space with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchenette, shower, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a comfortable sofa bed. It accommodates two guests.

In the immediate surroundings of Eva Studios, there are two independent studios (25m2) on the first floor. Each has one double bed, kitchenette, dining area, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV set, shower and access a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape.
