Our description
Arenaria Leucadia Rooms are located in the center of Agios Nikitas, about 30m from the city pebble beach, 1km from the beach Milos and about 3km from the stunning sandy beach of Kathisma.
The nearest shop and bakery are located 30m away.
Arenaria Leukadia consists of five double rooms. Two are on the first floor without sea view (20m2) and three are on the second floor with sea view (22m2).
All rooms have a double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, small fridge and a terrace. Cots are available upon request.
Cleaning, change of bedding and towels are carried out every fourth day of stay.
All rooims are renovated in 2023.
Within the accommodation, there is no provided parking. It is very difficult to find parking in the vicinity, as Arenaria Leucadia is located near the promenade that's closed for motor vehicles during the season.
After you enter the Agios Nikitas, on the big crossroad turn right toward the center of the city. After 300m, right after the Maistro tavern, turn right and after 10m on the right-hand side, you'll see the gate of the villa.
Arenaria Leucadia is the ideal accommodation for those who want to be in the center of Agios Nikitas, near the main beach and promenade and are willing to accept a slightly higher cost of the stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
