Our description
Marathes studios are located about 1.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. Double and triple studios are available. Guests are provided with on-site parking, Wi-Fi, and there is a possibility of an additional charge for breakfast on the ground floor tavern.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 1km away in Agios Nikitas.
The Marathes facility consists of five studios - three double (20m2) with one double bed or two single beds and two triple rooms (22m2) with one double bed and one single bed.
The studios are air-conditioned and have plasma satelite TV, WiFi, a kitchen (two hotplates and a small fridge with a chamber), a bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace.
Housekeeping is provided daily, and sheets/towels are changed every 3 days.
Parking is provided for all guests.
Marathes Studios is an ideal choice for anyone looking for accommodation near Kathisma Beach, close to populated areas. The hygiene and service at the villa are at a very high level.

Owners description
Marathes Studios is the accommodation at about 1km from Agios Nikitas and the fantastic Kathisma beach. Being situated between Agios Nikitas and the Kathisma beach, you can reach both by bicycle, making your vacation easy and comfortable, with no need to rent a car.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are in Agios Nikitas (1km).
The accommodation offers five air-conditioned studios (20m2)with one double, one double and a single) or two single beds. Amenities include plasma satellite TV, kitchen (stove with oven, small fridge with chamber, filter coffee and espresso maker, kettle and frappe mixer), bathroom with hairdryer and a terrace. Wireless internet is available in all rooms free of charge.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
The owners will welcome you with a few things in the fridge and in the bathroom, to make it easier upon arrival.
At the 18-hour reception, one of the owners is present at any time in order to be available to guests for any help and information.
We have made a playground for the kids to make their rest pleasant and social, and your coffee carefree in the garden sitting area.
There's also private parking large enough for all studios.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlican smestaj, cisti se svakog dana, imate sve u apartmanu sto vam je potrebno. Lokacija je izvanredna za obilazenje najpoznatijih plaza. Super je sto ima i parking, sto je veliki plus kad ste na Lefkadi i ne morate da brinete oko toga i da gubite vreme na nalazenje parkinga. Gazde su ljubazne, uvek spremne da pomognu. Sve preporuje

Veoma čisto, domaćini su ljubazni, soba je veoma mala, ali cena smeštaja u septembru je potpuno fer. Taverna zbog koje smo se opredelili za taj smeštaj ipak nije radila
