Our description

Volpetta is a two-story private house and can accommodate up to eight people. It offers private parking and an unforgettable view of the Ionian Sea and the Epirus Mountains. Surrounded by lush greenery, it is an ideal choice for a pleasant and peaceful holiday.

This villa is located on 3.5 ha of private land at the foot of the famous Faneromeni Monastery, on a hill overlooking the famous Agios Ioanis Beach (Agios Ioanis Beach is just over 5 minutes walk).

The area of ​​this villa is 116m2. The house belongs to a family of architects from Ioannina who designed and decorated it with taste.

On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with fireplace, sofa and armchair, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Each side of the ground floor has an exit to the courtyard, which is surrounded by a pergola and which has an outside dining area.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one larger and one smaller - both have a double bed, toilet, as well as two terraces offering a magnificent view of the natural beauty of this place.

The villa also has air conditioning, plasma TV, and wireless internet.

The location of the villa itself is such that in the summer afternoons from the sea there is a breeze that pleasantly cools the whole area, which makes the location of Volpetta House extraordinary.

After entering the island across the bridge, enter Lefkas and drive immediately right 1km to the intersection. From there, continue straight ahead, follow the signs for Frini. After passing the Frini, 400m later you will turn into the street that leads to the left. From there, after 250 meters, turn to the second street on the left and to the right you will see the Volpetta Villa.

Volpetta is a 2 storey vacation house situated uphill over Agios Ioannis Beach in Lefkada island, about 7 minutes walk from the beach.

It is a 116m2 vacation house of an architect’s family from Ioannina, who spend their summers in this, and offer hospitality for some weeks every year.

Set in a private area of 3500 square meters along with a second identical house besides it. Surrounded by forest, under Faneromeni’s monastery, filled with trees and flowers, open to the cooling sea breeze in the afternoons.

The view to Ionian Sea, the mountains of Epirus and Corfu, as well the landscape of Lefkada Island, is breathtaking. This house designed in complete harmony with the landscape, beautifully decorated and equipped by care and personal work of the owners, makes quests feel at home .

Volpetta has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room (fire place, sofa bed, armchairs, TV, radio, CD player), an elegant dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. There is also a master bedroom and a bathroom. Every space leads out on to the garden, the raised courtyard with pergola and the outdoor dining.

On the upper level there is a master bedroom, a twin room and a small WC.

There is also a balcony and a terrace here and the view is magnificent from everywhere.

Volpetta can accommodate 6 or 7 persons.
