STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM: One bedroom with one double or two single beds with private bathroom with shower and private balcony or terrace. The perfect choice for the budget conscious traveler.
SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM: More spacious than the standard double and fully renovated, with one double or two single beds, private bathroom with shower and private balcony.
TRIPLE ROOM: One bedroom with one double (matrimonial) and one single bed, or three single beds, private bathroom with shower and private balcony or terrace.
IN-ROOM FACILITIES: En-suite Bathroom with shower, Mini Fridge, Hairdryer, Ceiling Fan, Air Conditioning & Heating, French Doors leading to the balcony or terrace, Private balcony or terrace with chairs and table, Direct Dial Telephone, Satellite TV, Free WiFi Internet.

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night for two adults on bed and breakfast (BB) basis. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
- Prices do not include a tourist tax payable at the reception upon arrival (in cash).
- Minimum stay is seven nights.
- Reservation must be fully paid at least 20 days before arrival at accommodation.
- Third adult stays free of charge.
- First child aged from 0-11,99 years stays free of charge, as well second child aged up to 1,99 years.
- Second child from 2-11,99 years stays free of charge in May and from 20-30/9/2018.
- All reservations must be paid in full at least 20 days before arrival.
- EBD does not apply to supplements.
- A tourist tax is 0,50e per room per night.
- Supplement for the 2nd child from 2-11,99 years is 15e in June and from 25/8-19/9, 21e in July, and 28e per night from 1-24/8.
- Supplement for a 4th adult is 19e in the period from 1/5-31/5 and from 20-30/9, 27e in the period from 1-30/6 and from 25/8-19/9, 33e in July and 42e per night in the period from 1-24/8.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be payed first day upon arrival. The remaining balance will be payed at least 20 days before arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date, or leaves before the departure date, owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled 15-21 days before the date of arrival owner keeps 30%, if cancelled 7-14 days owner keeps 50% and if canceled 1-7 days owner keeps 75% of total price. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, owner keeps 100% of total price.
