Our description
**Apagio Apartments are located 200m from the fantastic pebbly Mikros Gialos Beach (round pebbles and gentle access to water) in Rouda Bay. It has rooms and studios for up to 3 people. The villa offers guests private parking, a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, a snack bar and a restaurant. **
The nearest store is 50m away.
Accommodation is located about 13km from Nidri.
Apagio has six accommodation units:
- one double room for two persons with double bed; area is 20m2 and has a view of the pool,
- three studios for two persons with double bed, about 24m2 with sea view, and
- two superior studios, with a double bed and a sofa, about 30m2, with sea view.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, small refrigerator, bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Cleaning is provided daily, while towels and linen are changed every third day.
Apagio also has a small pool, bar and tavern.
The reception is open from 9 am to 11 pm.
The apartments service is bed and breakfast. Breakfast can also be served in the room instead of the bar.
The villa is ideal for anyone who wants a real vacation in a peaceful location and near a fantastic beach.

Owners description
Over the little bay of Mikros Gialos, about 150 meters far from the beach, you will find the Apagio Apartments. The word Apagio, according to the local language, stands for sheltered spot; in fact, the shape of the bay itself, so close and protected, makes the sea calm and windless.
It is located by the quiet and colourful bay of Mikros Gialos/Rouda, also known as Poros Beach, about 93,21 miles from the equipped shore and from the fishermen’s free-docking little port. Over the bay you will find traditional taverns and restaurants, bars and market shops.
The family Hotel offers 1 Room for 2 people, 3 Studios for 2 people and 2 Superior Studios for 2⁄3, common area with barbecue, wireless internet, little swimming-pool with a drinking area.
The Room for 2 people is equipped with king size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony with swimming-pool view, satellite TV and air conditioned.
The Studio for 2 people are equipped with double-bed room, a fully equipped kitchenette room, bathroom, balcony with sea view, satellite TV and air conditioned.
The Superior Studio for 2⁄3 people are equipped with one double-bed room, a fully equipped kitchen room and dining room with a sofa bed, one bathroom, balcony with sea view, satellite TV and air conditioned.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
