Our description

Evgenia Villa is located on a large fenced property (5.5 ha) in a very quiet location. It is surrounded by cypresses and olive trees and has a direct view of the sea and the famous island of Scorpios, owned by the shipowner family Onazis. Guests are provided with wireless internet, a barbecue ... Pets are allowed upon request.

The nearest bakery and shop are 2 kilometers from the villa.

Being in the hill and overseeing the bay, the nearest beach, Desimi, is 3km from the villa.

This villa is 6km away from Nidri and 23km from the capital of the island - Lefkas.

The villa consists of two apartments of 52m2 for up to four people, two duplex apartments of 63m2 for up to six people, as well as two maisonettes.

Villa can accommodate up to 6 people in it's apartments and maisonettes.

The apartments for four persons and maisonettes have one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa (for two children) in the living room, while the duplex apartments have one double bed in each bedroom, as well as a double sofa in the living room. Certain apartments have access for people with physical disabilities.

Each apartment is authorized by the National Tourism Office of Greece with a three-key category.

All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, as well as a terrace overlooking the sea, with table and chairs.

Towels and linen can be reqested from the owner optionally.
During the stay, all necessary cleaning products are available to guests.

Pets are allowed.

We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants the perfect vacation for body and soul, at a reasonable price.

You can reach the accommodation by turning from the main road to Vasiliki towards Desimi Beach and after 4 kilometers, heading towards the interior of the village of Jeni and towards the end of the bay, you reach the villa on your right.

Owners description

Evgenia Villa is located on the east side of the island, next to the villages Geni and Vlycho. It has a breathtaking view of the famous island Skorpios owned by the Greek well-known ship owner Onassis. Geni and Vlycho are two villages facing each other around a small calm bay, situated on the leeward side of the island that often welcomes yachts. These two villages are close to Nydri, the most visited village in Lefkada with plenty of services offered to the visitors.

Evgenia Villa is at 8km away from Nydri and 24km away from Lefkas. You can access it only by car. The tranquillity of the place is assured by the distance of other lodgings. The final driveway (about 1,2km) is not tarred but this is definitely not a problem for every average rented car.

We have to mention that a car is necessary on Lefkada, as the sights are relatively distant one from another and the public transportation network is not regular.

Evgenia Villa is found on a hill in a fenced estate (5,5ha) where we have constructed apartments exclusively for rent. It's surrounded by cypress and olive trees and it has a direct view to the sea and to Skorpios island.

Children can play carefree around the house (not with matches of course!!). With a great variety of trees and flowers, the landscape is particularly beautiful. From summer 2010, all the visitors can use the barbecue on the premises. You can have access to the beach on foot but it's not recommended since the closest beach is Desimi, located at 3km from the villa.

The construction of Villa Evgenia was finished in 2003. The villa comprises two apartments of 52m2 and two apartments of 63m to rent. Certain apartments have the access for people with physical disabilities. There is sufficient parking space to park your vehicle.

Every apartment is authorised by the Greek National Tourist Office and it was given a 3-key category.

We are happy to accommodate you at whatever time that you arrive, yet, on the day of your departure, the apartment should be released before noon (12:00).
