Our description

Andromeda Villa is new, modern accommodation, outside of Nidri (2,5km). Both units are nicely decorated and have sea view balconies. Although outside the center, the location is good base for visiting the best beaches of Lefkada.

Andromeda is located in village of Vliho, 2,5km from the center and beach of Nidri. From the other side, there is very nice beach Desimi (2km away). Between the house and the sea, there is only a street, but only port is in front so the guests have to drive to get the beach.

First market is 100 meters away, bakery and pharmacy are 50 and restaurant is 200 meters away.

Accommodation offers two units, one quadruple studio and one six bed maisonette.

Quadruple studio (4 Bed Studio) is on the ground floor and it has 35m2. There are two single connected beds and one sofa for two people. Studio has TV and A/C, mosquito nets, kitchenette with kettle, stove and small fridge. Bathrom is nice and with shower cabin. Studio has two balconies, one from each side (so one has sea and street view and one is from the back side and has street view).

Maisonette (6 Bed Maisonette) is on the first floor, it has 70m2 and it is for maximum 6 persons. From the door, you enter the living room, where is one sofa for two. The kitchen is equipped and it has dining table and big fridge. There is on TV, WC and exit to balconies from both sides. On the upper floor, there two bedrooms, completely separated. Between them there is a bathroom with shower cabin. Both bedrooms have two single beds connected, one overlooks sea, other have street view from the back side. Both rooms have mosquito nets, TV and AC. There is an iron and hairdryer also.

The cleaning is daily while changing of towels and linen is every three days.

Small pets are welcome but it is not allow to leave them alone in the room.

Parking is in front or beside the building, it is not private, but there is always a spot to be find (the owner can help).

When arriving from Nidri, as soon as you leave this place, you should go towards sea and catch the road that follows the port. About 2,5km after Nidri, you will see accommodation on your right side.

If you don’t mind to be a bit further from the center and the beach, but have good quality accommodation, this villa can be a good option.
