Our description
Mediterraneo Studios is located in the center of Vasiliki, about 80m from the sea and marina. It is an ideal choice for anyone looking for solid accommodation, in a good location, at reasonable price. It is located near the promenade next to the sea, along which there are restaurant tables, tavernas, bars and fast foods lined up. The property has private parking.
It is about 400m from the small town beach (sandy-pebble) and 250m from the big city beach.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 30m away.
The accommodation consists of three double studios (20m2) with two single beds, three three-bed studios (24m2) with a double and single bed and two four-bed studios (26m2) with a double bed and two single beds.
All studios are air-conditioned and have wireless internet, a TV, a kitchen (two hotplates and a small fridge with a chamber), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Housekeeping is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.
The owners live in the house across and are available to guests for any information or assistance.
When you enter Vasiliki, at the first intersection, continue straight ahead and drive another 120m to the next intersection. There, turn slightly to the left and continue straight for another 300m down a small street until you reach Mediterraneo Studios.

Mediterraneo Studios is ideally located at the edge of the little town of Vassiliki, just 50m above the village main square, and blends in perfectly with the little village houses surrounding it in a particularly green and quiet spot, overlooking the marvelous view to the gulf of Vassiliki in combination with the uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea.
Just the ideal setting to enjoy your holiday; unwind and relax in a friendly atmosphere.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
