Our description

George Kokkinos House is a facility located near the center of the picturesque traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, at just over 1000m above sea level. It offers only two neat and comfortable accommodation units, fully equipped in a way that will make you feel you are at home during your stay here.

Accommodation is located about 100 meters from the village center, several supermarkets and a small square with taverns, pastry shops and pizzerias. The coast is about 2km away, and the famous and popular beach of Trani Ammouda is just under 4km away.

One studio for two on the ground floor (four steps below street level), as well as one four-bed apartment (also on the ground floor) are for rent.
The studio has a double bed, a TV, a large fridge with freezer, a mini stove, a microwave, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment consists of a dining room with kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, TV and window, and the kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer and a stove.

Accommodation units are air conditioned, have WiFi internet access and mosquito nets.
In the common area in front of the entrance to the studio and the apartment there are table and chairs.
A baby cot, vacuum cleaner, iron and hair dryer are available on request, and small pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owners.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done after every three nights.

The yard is fenced but small, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the building.

You will find accommodation near the post office, which is located in the center of Agios Nikolaos.

If you need complete and well-equipped accommodation, you want to feel authentic Greece and spend your vacation away from the crowds and noise of mass tourism, and the proximity of the beach is not your priority - George Kokkinos House can be a good choice for you.
