Sweet Home Hotel really offers the feeling of warm, family atmosphere, on one of the best locations in Neos Marmaras, in the city center. Tastefully decorated rooms, internet, private parking, kind owners - and all of that only 45m from the square and all amenities of Neos Marmaras - makes this accommodation one of the most attractive ones in this picturesque place.

Hotel is located at 760m from the city beach of Neos Marmaras, above the main street, tucked between the buildings. At 45m from the hotel are pharmacy, at 80m pizzerias, as well as the shops, and the closest market is at 35m.

In the offer are 14 deluxe accommodation units - three triple rooms and eleven double rooms. Units are located on the high ground floor, on the first and on the second floor. Everything is in the stile of rocks and blue color, so it gives to this accommodation a special island ambience.

Double rooms have two single beds which can be merged and become a double one or to stay separated. In the rooms a baby cot can be added.

Triple rooms have a double and a single bed. There is possibility of adding a baby cot, but only in of them, because the other two do not have space for it.

Rooms do not have kitchen, but they have a fridge with small freezer department. All rooms have a hair dryer, TV (with four SAT channels), mosquito nets on the windows and on the doors, wardrobes. Beds in all units are new, as the most of the furniture, and five rooms have renovated bathrooms, with glass shower cabin. In the other bathrooms is an edged showering space with curtain, well-maintained and clean. On the balconies of units, which are private, there are sitting sets, as well as laundry drying racks. Since it is a hotel, all units are cleaned every day and the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Hotel has a reception which works from the early morning till 11pm, so you can always reach someone if you have any questions or requests. If somebody is interested, on the spot can decide to pay for breakfast service, which has different menu four days, then it repeats.

Sweet Home Hotel doesn’t have a classic courtyard with lawn, but one part with steps and stones, with table and chairs, next to the reception, and more small tables with chairs, charmingly arranged under the awning, for the hours of real relax in the heart of Neos Marmaras. Private parking is in front of the accommodation with enough parking place for all guests.

It is easy to find the hotel - it is right above the first city square in Neos Marmaras, in the street behind Roma Pizza - go straight and after 80m you will see the hotel on the right.

Hotel Sweet Home is located at 500 meters from the beach in Neos Marmaras in Halkidiki, surrounded by lush greenery in the stone-paved courtyard with seating area and cafeteria. Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.

All rooms are air-conditioned and decorated with romantic ornaments in pastel colors. In-room amenities include bathroom with shower or bath, TV, fridge and a balcony overlooking the garden. Hotel Sweet Home is nearby tavernas, cafes and shops.
