Our description

Andriana’s House is an accommodation in Neos Marmaras located near city beach. It offers air-conditioned, properly maintained studios and apartments with the internet, private terraces and kitchenettes. Shops, tavernas and other amenities of this lively resort are within walking distance.

House is located just 150m from the sandy city beach, while shops and taverns are about 60m away.

In the offer are 13 accommodation units - double and triple studios, as well as quadruple apartments. The studios are equipped with one double bed, i.e. one double and a single bed, while the apartments have one double and two single beds. All accommodation units have a kitchenette with 2-rings hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment and utensils, air conditioning, wireless internet, TV and a balcony with awning, while some have mosquito nets. Bathrooms feature shower trays.

Behind the house, there’s a small, enclosed yard with flowers, paths and two parking spaces. Other guests will easily find a spot in the public parking lot in primary school, not far from the accommodation.

From the Neos Marmaras city stadium, take the street up by Alfa Alfa Studios for 70m (see Giannakis snack bar on the right), make a right and continue for another 40m. After that, take the street on the left, uphill, and continue for another 30m until you reach Andriana’s House.

If all of the above sounds like the perfect vacation, you are welcome to visit us in Adriana’s House in Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki, Greece.

Neos Marmaras is located in Halkidiki, Sithonia, 100km from Thessaloniki’s Airport. It is a small, picturesque fishing village, with 4000 inhabitants, that comes alive in the summer. You can choose to enjoy the tranquillity or take part in lively nightlife – whatever strikes your fancy. The combination of deep blue sea and the luscious green mountains give you the impression of being on an idyllic Greek island. The exquisite Sithonia and its hospitable inhabitants are looking forward to showing you around the surprisingly diverse, endless sandy beaches or small coves, cosmopolitan or secluded, shallow or deep, depending what the visitors desire, but always with unspoiled, crystal-clear water.

By the seaside, at 150m from the long beach of Porto Carras, Adriana’s House is waiting for you. It has 10 double and triple studios, equipped with:
