Our description
Anastasia Studio and Apartment is an accommodation at the entrance to Neos Marmaras, at just 200m from the city square and all amenities. It has only three accommodation units for 2-5 people, with wireless internet, mosquito nets and private terraces, so privacy is guaranteed.
The city beach is 840m away, Paradisos beach is at 680m, while the lively square and center of Neos Marmaras, with shops, markets and tavernas, is at only 200m.
In the offer are two apartments and one studio.
Studio (30m2) has one double, one sofa and one armchair and kitchenette with hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and utensils. The bathroom is very small, without shower tray and curtain. In studio can stay two adults and one child up to 6 years old.
The first apartment (40m2) has one sofa, air conditioning, armchair, TV and dining table in the living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates and a fridge with freezer compartment. The first bedroom has one single bed, a folding sofa and an armchair, while the second bedroom has one double bed and an access to the small balcony.
The second apartment (50m2) has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a fridge with freezer compartment, TV, dining table, sofa and armchair. Two bedrooms have one double i.e a single bed. There's a bathtub in the bathroom. This year it is not available for online reservations.
The accommodation units are on the high ground floor, equipped with mosquito nets, terraces are covered with awnings.
There is no Wi-Fi.
At the entrance to Neos Marmaras, turn off the main road into Irakleious Street and drive ahead for about 300m. Turn left into Kassandra Street and drive for 100m, then make a right and drive for 60m. Turn right and drive for 130m, then make a right again and 30m later you'll see Anastasia Studio and Apartment.

Anastasia Studio and Apartment is a lovely place close to wonderful views, restaurants, dining areas and activities for families. Accommodation units are suitable for couples, single persons, business travellers and families with children.
The studio is very comfortable, suitable for two people with one double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, WiFi internet, A/C and a TV.
The apartment is ideal for five persons. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, second with one single bed and one chair bed, and a living room with a sofa bed.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman nema Wi-Fi, u kuhinji je staro posuđe i fali dosta stvari. Struja je loša pošto se nesme istovremeno upaliti 2 stvari.
