Our description

To Spitaki House is located just behind the harbor in Neos Marmaras. It is on a quiet location and in the first line to the sea. This accommodation can be a good choice for guests who want to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation, it is very neat and the owner is very kind.

The city beach is about 1.3km away, while the beach in Paradissos area is at about 750m.

In the offer is one quadruple maisonette for rent. It is located on the first floor (high ground floor). On the first level there is a living room, balcony with an awning, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second level there are two bedrooms and one more bathroom. In one bedroom there are two single beds, and in the other there is a double bed. Bedroom with a double bed also has a balcony, but without an awning. There are shelves with hangers instead of classic wardrobe.

Maisonette is air-conditioned, with TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, stove and kettle. Downstairs bathroom is with a bathtub and a washing machine, and the upstairs bathroom is with a shower tray with curtain. Hot water is always available, which is a great advantage. Bed linen and towels are replaced after every five days.

To Spitaki House has no yard, but in front of the maisonette, or nearby, it’s easy to find a parking place.

You will find this accommodation if you turn off from the main road right at the first entering to Neos Marmaras and turn right in Akropoleos street. Go forward for 370m and then turn left (after the pharmacy) in the Parthenonos street and continue straight for 140m, until you reach the grocery shop. At the shop turn left in the Trikoupi street and continue straight for 150m, then turn left in the street next to the sea and after 40m you’ll reach the accommodation.

Accommodation is recommended for guests who want to have some privacy during vacation.

Owners description

To Spitaki House was built with lots of love, personal care and positive energy. It’s located in Neos Marmaras, right behind the harbour in a quiet neighbourhood on the beach street. You’ll have the feeling that you are in the countryside, but you’re just five minutes on foot away from the center of the village.

Right in front of the house, there’s a small beach for swimming, while the bigger one is on the right side. The evenings on our balcony are magical! You can enjoy the view of the fishing boats in the sea as they shine like fireballs enlightened by the moon!

To Spitaki is a 2-storey house with an elevated ground floor.

On the lower floor, there’s a large kitchen, spacious bathroom and the living room with vintage furniture and some modern touches. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a fridge, coffeemaker, electric oven, kettle, food processor and a complete serving set with dishes and glasses. In the living room, there’s a fireplace, CD-DVD player and a TV. Also, there’s a large handmade dining table and a balcony (10m2) with a wooden table and chairs.

There are two large bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedroom on the back side has a skylight, it’s big and bright with two handmade single beds that can easily be connected in a large double bed, one big chest of drawers and a modern hanger for the clothes. The bedroom on the front side has an old-fashioned double bed and also a modern hanger for the clothes. In this room you can also find unique vintage style boudoir-like furniture. There’s a big door leading to a large balcony with a sea view. Also, there’s a bathroom on the upper floor.

The house provides free WiFi internet, A/C, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, bed sheets and towels set for each person and cleaning after consultation. Hot water supply is available ²⁴⁄₇ as there’s a water heater.
